Sales Engineer Manager- Northern CA- will manage 6+ SE's

Minimum 10 years Sales Engineering experience
Minimum 5 years of direct management experience
Solution Selling background
Experience working closely with product management and engineering
5+ working in the mobility wireless industry
Mobile Application Web Development Experience
Minimum 7 years experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, and IIS required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with relational databases (i.e. SQL)
Experience administrating Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino
In-depth knowledge and strong operating experience in at least one of the following areas of specialization: VPN's, Security, Remote/Local Access, WAN, or Wireless (relevant to assignment).
