PROCESS ENGINEER (LAMINATION/DRILLING/WET)
EXEMPT / FULL-TIME
Location: Sunnyvale. CA

Swing shift: Start from: 2:30pm to 1 Am) (need to work 10hrs)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Process Engineer (Lamination/Drilling/Wet Process) is responsible for monitoring all processes in Lamination, Drilling, and Wet Process as well as training operators within these departments. This individual will assist with implementation of new processes as needed along with providing technical engineering support for Wet Process as required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Perform routine process audits.
Provide engineering support for Lamination, Drilling, Wet Process, and Lab as well as back up support for any other process as needed.
Continually monitor processes in Lamination, Drilling, Wet Process, and Lab for quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
Assist with processing/overseeing critical jobs as needed.
Optimize production processing efficiencies for improvement as needed.
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day.
Work long hours base on company needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in related field preferred but not necessary if required minimum work experience exist.
At least 8 years of PCB experience in all aspects of Lamination and Wet Processes.
Knowledge and familiarity with ISO is required.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
Ability to train operators and document in a timely manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new skills and tasks as required.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, protective glasses, face-shields, aprons, rubber boots, etc. as well as common forms of rubber and plastic use for PPE.
Ability to work within the confines of a room where concentrations of chemicals are located.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day.
Must be flexible to work long hours based on company needs.
Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced and increased sound environment.
