Job Description: Process and device development and product characterization applying knowledge and principles in semiconductor physics, materials and engineering.  Work with process module experts in lithography, etch, films, etc. to develop process flows and design rules for new Flash memory technologies. Develop and continuously improve process modules. Responsible for design of experiments, developing experimental test chip and product lots in the Submicron Development Center, and analyze the resulting data. Closely collaborate with Device, Product and Reliability Engineers to develop, improve and qualify Flash memory and CMOS devices. Assist to solve transfer and manufacturing issues at domestic and international fabs. Requirements:Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics (or related fields) plus five years experience with CMOS technology development, or Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related fields.• Knowledge in each of the following:
